These terms cover the Concord product verification service at this address. They describe what the service does, how to use it, and what is stored in your browser.
What this service does
This service checks a code printed on a pack of Concord medicine against Concord's own manufacturing records and tells you what those records say. It is provided free of charge, needs no account, and is intended for members of the public, pharmacists and healthcare workers checking a pack they hold.
Using the service
Check one pack at a time, using the code printed on that pack. Do not use automated tools to submit codes, do not attempt to guess codes you do not hold, and do not attempt to interfere with the service or with other people's use of it. Requests are rate limited, and repeated invalid attempts from one connection may be challenged or refused.
What a result means, and what it cannot tell you
A result describes what Concord's records say about the code you entered. It confirms that a code was issued by Concord and whether it has been checked before. It cannot tell you how the pack has been stored or handled since it left the factory, whether the contents match the packaging, or whether the medicine is suitable for you. Verification is not medical advice — speak to your pharmacist or doctor about your medicine.
Reporting a suspicious pack
If you report a pack, what you send — your description, any photos, and any contact details you choose to give — goes to Concord's quality team so they can investigate. Giving contact details is optional; without them Concord cannot reply to you. Do not send information about anyone else's health, and do not send photographs of anything other than the pack and its packaging.
Cookies and what is stored in your browser
This service sets one cookie, cv_locale, which remembers whether you chose English or Chinese. It stores two further values in your browser's local storage: your light or dark appearance choice, and the fact that you accepted these terms. None of the three identifies you, none is shared with anyone, and none is used for advertising or analytics — there is no analytics tool, no tag manager and no third-party tracking script on this site. You can clear all three at any time through your browser's settings.
Changes to these terms
Concord may update these terms. The date they were last reviewed is shown at the foot of this page, and when they change materially you will be asked to accept them again the next time you visit.
Governing law
These terms and your use of this service are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
